Wow, didn't realize this was due tomorrow. That's really tight...!

If I give you the Dino silhouette in red can you apply the updates?

Tara - I know, I know - I would say that if we got this on Tues Apr 10 that would be a gift. I think many people will slip the deadline on account of the Easter holiday weekend.

I don't know how to apply the updates. Sorry. (Just a track lead/hence a messenger)

Okay.

Lee has the Red Dino Graphic. Lee, if you attach that. I'll ask Rhonda to please make the updates. I'm not sure how the HTML version works, or what is needed for the Font file, but we can certainly tackle the PPT and Keynote quite easily.

Thoughts?

Hey Tara--
It looks like the red dino just needs "2012" instead of "2011" and then for it to be replaced into the PPT and Keynote presentations, is that correct?
For the HTML document, it looks like this is an HTML template for the presentation, so if we get the presentation slides correct, this might follow (not totally sure). The font is just the file for OpenSans which is what the "2012"should be set in.
I can do this as soon as Lee can get me the dino.

This files should contain the red dino head as vector

Thanks Lee, and Rhonda.

Lets use the date-agnostic version vs. adding the 2012 (I don't think we need a date in there)

Sound good ?

Thanks again Rhonda for jumping on this on short notice.

Rock and roll, thanks Rhonda and Tara! have a great weekend!
Hi all,

I just received an email from Jeff Beatty asking if the HTML template would be updated as well. Is this the right place to ask? If not, I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

Thanks!

Kate

Hey guys, It was our understanding that the HTML template would be handled elsewhere. Rhonda updated the graphics for the Powerpoint and Keynote. I don't know how to update the HTML version but assumed it would pull from these other components. So, I realize that's not the answer you needed, but it's not something I know how to do and I'm not really sure if it's a design bug :(
Tara,

Thanks for letting me know! I will pursue another option.

Thanks!

Kate
