The current results I'm seeing are

1.2. https://addons.mozilla.org/
1.3. http://www.mozilla.org/thunderbird/
1.4. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/themes/
1.5. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
1.6. http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
2. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/download.html

Obviously the No. 1 should be http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/

A possible cause?

The older Firefox home page http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ has been redirected to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/

Therefore Google thinks http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/ is the new home for Firefox.

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/ should be redirected to http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/ to keep the evaluation/pagerank, I guess.

It's now back to normal, at least on my browser.

Looks fine for me too. www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new is the first result. Thanks!

Hey guys. I'm reopening this - the first link should actually be http://www.mozilla.org/firefox/ instead of /new. We need to start at /firefox so people will be redirected to the appropriate version of the homepage.

Bug 743202 will resolve the issue.

Closing this as mozilla.org is not the top result for Firefox. As Kohei said, removing /new as the first result is tracked in bug 743202.
