Bing is up-to-date. 

Yahoo! is a wip. They've been advised, and have said they'll have Fx12 ready shortly.

I just downloaded Firefox from firefoxwithbing.com but the version was 8.0 :(

hmm...

STR:

1. Change UA with the User Agent Switcher add-on
2. Go to firefoxwithbing.com
3. Click the yellow button to download Firefox-Bing Setup.exe
4. Expand the installer
> 7za x Firefox-Bing\ Setup.exe -ofx
5. Look in core/application.ini

Actual result:
> Version=8.0
> BuildID=20111104165243

Download Manager says the source is
http://releases.mozilla.com/bundles/bing/win32/en-US/Firefox-Bing%20Setup.exe
