Details

Builder now talks to AMO exclusively through an API. No more need to hit the database directly. (Yay) This bug is to: - Remove the commented-out settings in the settings files for all instances of builder - Remove the accounts/permissions of the builder user on the AMO db - Remove any special network flows that allowed builder to get to the AMO db boxes
