Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://mozillians-dev.allizom.org/en-US/group/192-sumo
2. Re-size the layout to the mobile perspective

Actual Results:

Expected Results:
The "Skills members have in common" should be underneath "Community Steward". The page should not be dislocated from the background (I think there's a span12 that's hard-coded in which is causing the responsive css to not work). The group description should not go past the page view.
