seems that FRAME src="myurl.html?param=yes"still gives "Invalid syntax". Is it
true ?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.crate a page with frameset and two frames the first must have a url with a
param reference

Just tested this in the 2001-04-02-05 Mozilla build; the param is passed just
fine. Marking invalid, since the bug is reported against Netscape 4.x, not
Mozilla.
