For tb_beta, it says the sign-off is "current", however on more investigation the sign-off was during the TB 11 phase.

Likewise tb_aurora says "current" for some of those and others, when it isn't.
We'll reword that logic as part of bug 650816, it'll be more obvious what was signed off then. Right now, we're using the same language here that we're using in the actual sign-off view, which also talks about a "currently accepted sign-off".
