creation of new component fails with description is empty, while its not.

Steps to reproduce:
used Version 4.2 mit Bugzilla-de Version 4.2-1
english is working
create product, try to add component filled every field (name, desc, assign, qs, cc)
Actual results:
error message about empty description
Expected results:
component should be created

We only support english templates. If the german ones are broken, you have to report the bug to the germzilla project directly.
