When attempting to rename a bookmark, the resulting text box is blank. It should 
rename the current bookmark title. A regression from 67798 fix?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Bookmark Manager
2. Select a bookmark, single click on it or press F2

Actual Results:  Text box is blank

Expected Results:  Text box should contain the current title
This is fixed by the patch in bug 73184
