use 127.1 as proxy server didn't work sometime.

Steps to reproduce:

set 127.1 as proxy server for all protocols.


Actual results:

sometime Firefox give me an error message said "Unable to find the proxy server", but sometime it works.
if i set 127.0.0.1 instead of 127.1, it could work always.


Expected results:

Firefox use 127.1 as proxy server, just same as using 127.0.0.1
