"This field is required" message is missing when deleting an user from marketplace-dev settings.

Prerequisites:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0
Steps to reproduce:
1.Login to marketplace-dev and go to https://marketplace.mozilla.org/en-US/settings/
2.Click the "Delete Account" link at the bottom of the page(https://marketplace.mozilla.org/en-US/settings/delete)
3.Click "Delete my user account now" button without checking the "I understand this step cannot be undone. " checkbox
Expected results:
"This field is required" message should be displayed under the checkbox presented at step3.
Actual message:
No warning message displayed and account is not deleted.
