74449 - crash when double-clicking expanded ftp folder

found using 2001.04.02.08 comm verif bits on linux. unable to repro on winNT or
mac.

steps:
1. go to ftp://sweetlou.mcom.com/products/client/seamonkey/
2. make sure that unix > linux > 2.2 > x86 is expanded in the browser window
[ie, make sure the twisties are pointing downwards].
3. double-click the folder corresponding to the x86 subdirectory.

expected:  the x86 subdir [and its contents] should be displayed in the browser
window, without its anscestor directories.

result: app crashes.

this is a regression. btw, not sure if this is the right component, since the
trace is in layout --reassign as needed. thx!

no longer crashes using 2001.04.16.10 linux comm bits. works as expected.
