buildid:2001-04-02-06 on all platforms
In accounts and settings there is a preference which has the size of the message
download. When this preference is enabled then the text field should be
editable. You should be able to change message download size to anything you
want to.
This is a regression bug. There were two bugs that got fixed with the message
size download- bug 74044, and bug 74018
