linux-ix-slave22.build.scl1:IDE S.M.A.R.T - /dev/sda1 is CRITICAL: CRITICAL - SMART_ENABLE: Input/output error
Lots of io errors on the console, probably a bad disk that needs replacing.

After a reboot it is back up but I suspect a bad disk as well. I will put a ticket in with iX to get this system replaced.
