744683 - Kickstart 5 generic nodes in phx1

Please take 5 new seamicro xeons in phx1[*] and kickstart them as generic[1-5].webapp.phx1

Please set inventory, puppetize them, and get base nagios going.  We will add them to the generic pool and file netops flows soon after.

RHN isn't registering hosts, so I'm stuck on that to puppetize + nagios.
