steps to reproduce: 1. Go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/ 2. Notice the horizontal scrollbars observed behavior: This is as per mocks but horizontal scrollbars look ugly on desktop. We should change them to be > and < buttons like we do in promo module.

Horizontal scrollbars are a thing of the past. But now we have motion sickness inducing scrolling in opposite directions. Luckily, this is being handled by bug 745332. Marking this as verified fixed.
