It keeps loading like it seen in the image

Steps to reproduce:
Browse a website , minimize firefox , leave it for abt 1 hour or plus , then maximize and try browsing to elsewhere , you will notice that it keeps loading and loading and loading but the website will never be loaded
Actual results:
Browse a website , minimize firefox , leave it for abt 1 hour or plus , then maximize and try browsing to elsewhere , you will notice that it keeps loading and loading and loading but the website will never be loaded.
But if we terminated or close firefox completely and then re-open and immediately surf multiple websites then it works just fine.
Expected results:
It shouldn't hang / keep loading on the new website, it seems like it hangs loading.

Firesh do you still see this when using a newer version started in safe mode?
