745257 - Privacy policy notification check box on [Bedrock] is not anchored properly

Attachment: Screenshot of notification location problem.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit www.mozilla.org

2. Click on blue button in footer to sign up for updates, but do not an email or expand the form to the left.

Expected:

Form expands and "Please check this box to proceed" notification is attached to the privacy policy check box.

Actual:

Form does not expand and notification box is hovering over the top of the browser Chrome.
