This report is not very useful because it does not describe the problem well (at least I don't understand it). If you have time and can still reproduce the problem, please read https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Bug_writing_guidelines and add a more useful description to this report by providing a step to step description to reproduce plus an explicit testcase.
Does this happen only with the nightly build or is this a new issue ?
Please try it again in the firefox safemode ->http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

The safemode disabled the hardware acceleration in Firefox...

Okay so I installed the nightly build my firefox was old. I installed the flash player too, to watch videos. But since I installed it, when I watch a video, it stay in background of all my tabs and of my Desktop even if, with my old firefox, there wasn't the problem. In Safe mode, the video isn't played so I can check.
I don't know if I'm clear...
Can you please post the graphic section from about:support ?
