Support for microsummaries has been removed in Firefox 6 (bug 524091) and SeaMonkey 2.3 (bug 659277). From what I know, they were the single browsers to support microsummaries. Based on http://marketshare.hitslink.com/browser-market-share.aspx?qprid=2&qpcustomd=0, browsers older than Fx 6 and SM 2.3 now have a low usage share: Firefox 3.6 is currently at 2.68%, but should decrease quickly now that MoCo decided to stop supporting it, and other old versions are below 0.8%. So we can safely drop support for microsummaries from Bugzilla. Basically, this means reverting the patch from bug 347228.
