745775 - Release Mozmill 1.5.10

Description

We will have to release Mozmill 1.5.10 with some fixes which are necessary to start our transition to Mozmill 2.0. 

Release steps:
1. Bump version numbers and fix dependencies if necessary
2. Create tag for Mozmill 1.5.10
3. Upload packages to PyPI

The only patch we are waiting for is for bug 727660.

All the dependencies have been landed on the hotfix-1.5 branch. So I have landed the patch from this bug:
