Details

Currently, you can have a single results_url in talos.  However, you
might be wishing to send results to the graph serer and to multiple
files and/or to multiple graph servers. We should make --results-url
take a list. 

Also worth keeping in mind, though beyond the scope of this bug, is we
want output formats to be configurable.  Currently we have csv
results, the output as specified by --results-url, etc.  We also now
send raw results to a hard-coded URL. Neither of
these is adequate nor are they at all linked.  We should start to
solidify an interface here.
