Still an issue on Mac, error is:

0:09.77 INFO Invoke the ' 'contextmenu' 'escape ' key' test { scenario #0: expected 'focus' event; }
0:09.79 FAIL Unique type focus event was handled.

Note file has moved from .xul to .xhtml
