Please create an approval-mozilla-central flag, identical in every way to approval-mozilla-aurora except in name and the comment that is pasted into the comment box:

Bugs marked with blocking-fennec1.0+, sg:high, sg:crit, or tracking-firefoxN+ can land on m-i or m-c without explicit approval (include a=blocking-fennec, a=security, or a=tracking-firefox in your commit comment).
