cruncher.srv.releng.scl3.mozilla.com

was set up in bug 740144.  Now's the time to migrate everything over to this host.

It's currently puppetized with infra puppet, but that's not applying anything but the base security policy (which makes opsec happy!).  It's also adding login and sudo access for everyone in releng, or will be in a moment when I commit the relevant puppet manifests.

I'll get a flows bug put together for this, too, based on bug 739728.
there is an error in the method your using to create the RelEng users - rail's user is the wrong name:
