Right clicking an area in content that contains text should prompt the user with a context menu to allow them to copy the text in the field if no other javascript overrides the context menu.

The patch in bug 776446 adds support for custom context menus, adding some default elements would be trivial. We just need to decide what elements we want in the default context menu (and if we want to hide the default elements when a custom menu is present).
I'm taking this bug but I need UX input.

Per bug 1238079, we're going to disable the desktop web runtime and remove it from the codebase, so we won't fix these bugs in it.
