I guess you want to link to http://www.mozilla.org/about/manifesto.it.html, both http://www.mozilla.org/about/mozilla-manifesto.html and http://www.mozilla.org/about/ozilla-manifesto.html (which it just got changed to in aurora) are 404s.

That's mozilla.quote in mozilla.dtd, http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n-mozilla-aurora/source/it/toolkit/chrome/global/mozilla.dtd#2

Argh, they changed those string a couple of times in bug 724080 and I messed up at some point.
