An example of what I mean: 1) I've just finished reading a Wikipedia page about Butterflies 2) I go back to the homescreen and do a search for Potroast Recipes 3) I click on a Potroast search result 4) Pancake shifts over to the webpage view, but is still displaying the Butterflies Wikipedia page 5) A second or so passes as the Potroast page loads & displays During that second where I'm looking at the Butterflies page I'm really confused because I expect to be looking at either the Potroast page or a blank page with a throbber or something. Not sure what plans are in place to mitigate this.
Agreed, I've had the same confusion. See https://bitbucket.org/mozillapancake/pancake/changeset/5636373be100, where I created an empty loading page (/loading.html) and corresponding assets. Perhaps we could swap in this content before dispatching the request for the new page?

Blanking out the page now. Let me know if that is better or not. (Weird .. i am pretty sure this is a duplicate and that I commented on it already. Can't find it though)
