Details

To vouch for contributors in the aggregate (vouching sprints for the contributor engagement team) as well as for folks that just can't search any other way, we need a way to do a search of non-vouched mozillians without the search term.

Verified on prod - I can't find any chinks in the armor. OSX - FF RC, Chrome, Opera, Safari iPad Android: Tablet and Phone - FF Win7 - IE9
