User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0
Build ID: 20120312181643

Steps to reproduce:

Occurs when the option "Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page" enabled, and i login to my accounts in http://www.lighting-gallery.net and http://www.galleryoflights.org.

Actual results:

Firefox should warn in a yellow bar about a redirection and let me to choose if i want to allow it.

Hmm, this issue had not been reported yet?

Steps to reproduce:

1.
Set pref "accessibility.blockautorefresh" true.
  (options/prefs dialog ->
     "Advanced" ->
     "General" ->
     "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page")

2.
Go to mxr.mozilla.org
e.g. http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/

3.
Fill in "Search for:". Anything will do, such as "foo".

4.
Push "Find" button.

Acutual result:
The document is blank.

Expected result:
Firefox shows the notification bar
"Firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page"

BTW, reload fixes the symptom.
And maybe you can't reproduce it with direct link.
http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/find?text=foo

But I can reproduce it when I copy the URL and paste it on the location bar.

Well, I can reproduce with the link. Then StR would be

1.
Set pref "accessibility.blockautorefresh" true.
  (options/prefs dialog ->
     "Advanced" ->
     "General" ->
     "Warn me when websites try to redirect or reload the page")

2.
Click
http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/find?text=foo

With this link that you gave me, http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/find?text=foo, this option operate correctly, but with the login to www.lighting-gallery.net and www.galleryoflights.org, its still displays the blank page like in my attachment.
The only option that is available to me, is to click the back button until i reach the site homepage when i didn't login yet, and refresh it (Similar to reloading the page).
Please check this option with these webpages above (Notice that you need to create an account in them for this, and than login to it with the option enabled, and after you finish the analysis, to remove your temporary accounts that you created in these sites).

JFYI, my patch for bug 417770 fixes http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/find?text=foo but I don't understand the reason at all. I guess it's a kind of race-condition between UI(onRefreshAttempted in browser.js) and "load" event (or EndPageLoad())...
