The whole point of django-mozilla-product-details is that we don't need to keep all the JSON in the git repo. Let's get it out of there and use add update_product_details as a build step.
Taking this because it's getting in the way of adding locations correctly.

[fix bug 747045] Remove product_details data.

Maintain the directory but prevent product_details data from being
checked into the repository. The build process already downloads updated
product details data.
