I'm not sure I believe these numbers..ie for BUCKET_ORDER_ERRORS, we have over 1 million submissions. Can someone check hbase that the histogram really is corrupted that often?
That value is for a all month, from 2012-04-02 to 2012-05-01.
I did a breakdown for days and this is what I got:

Nathan, what did we land around 04,27? I'll resolve this in meantime, since that earlier set of numbers looks realistic.
