User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0 Build ID: 20120312181643 Steps to reproduce: I followed instructions in help for importing eml files from Windows live. You have changed the program so that this is not possible. You have to choose Eudora, Outlook, Outlook Express. Actual results: Not able to proceed becuase you have no option for Windows Live or eml files Expected results: It should have a option to select Windows Live Mail or get the files manually by "browse". I want to move to Thunderbird but it is not possible until you update the import procedures.
(In reply to Cormack from comment #0) Can you tell us how you are trying to import? Are you using add-ons? List the steps or include a screenshot.

For some reason the screenshot won't paste here but not important. Click on tools/import/mail you get the option to select Eudora, Outlook or Outlook Express. Nothing for Windows Live Mail in Win 7. In the instructions from help it talks about selecting .eml files. This is not possible. So how do I get Windows Live mail emails into Thunderbird?
There is no importer for Windows Live Mail.
