Details

Thinking that on each paypal request we write to a table in AMO that tells us:

- timestamp
- amo user (just email maybe or user.pk so app can be deleted)
- paypal seller (if relevant)
- paypal buyer (if relevant)
- addon/app (just pk maybe so app can be deleted)
- what (paykey, ipn, refund, permissions, paykey with preapproval, inapp etc...)
- what url we called
- what http status we got back
- what paypal status we got back
- a notes field (currency error text can go in here)

We should just stuff the whole response and request in there in case there's private data in there. 

Add in a paypal table to admin so we can all see it.

Add this data into the anonymizer script so it never gets leaked out.

Yeah, this wasn't as useful as I thought and broke a few things. Still should be done, but not a blocker, punting.
