Tegra appears to be down, retried the last 12 or so buildbot jobs due to unable to connect to tegra (Did not try PDU yet, but need buildbot killed at the least)

I ran stop cp, then start cp, and this still won't get back into production. The Tegra isn't down, I have no idea what else to do. Callek?

Had a buildslave stopped as of 10-19, not sure what was wrong, but its up now.
