1) Please create user 'tbirdtry' on stage.mozilla.org.

2) make this new user the owner of the following directory:

 /pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird-test/try-builds

3) Add this key to ~/.ssh/authorized_keys

 https://hg.mozilla.org/users/john.hopkins_mozillamessaging.com/misc/raw-file/3e684b9da6ff/scratch/trybld_dsa.pub
