steps to reproduce: 1. Go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/ 2. Click on the 'Featured' apps observed behavior: 'Featured' link loads https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/?sort=featured We either need to have a sort for featured apps or make the 'Featured' section unclickable.
