I installed https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/gis-cloud/?src=search and checking for the receipt says that the receipt was invalid.

Finding the logs was the tricky part :)

There's no entry in the purchase table for this. That means the server thinks its premium, but there's no purchase. Will investigate more on Monday.
