I can also notice in in Windows 7 Classic if System font is changed to Meiyo from "MS UI Gothic". And it also flickers when mouse hover over Identify Box in case of non https site(generic globe). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Switch to Windows 7 Aero Basic (or Classic and change Default font to Meiyo from "MS UI Gothic") 2. Strat Firefox 3. Go http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/ 4.
