Steps to reproduce: 1. Load Marketplace Homepage https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/ 2. Make the browser window smaller. Expected results: There are no design or layout issues. User is able to scroll and see all the app categories. Actual results: Marketplace logo and search are not aligned properly. "Browser Quest" image is resized and not displayed properly. User is unable to see all the app categories. Notes/Issues: Verified in FF 11 (Win7). Screencast for this issue http://screencast.com/t/3Gp4aMFi
