This regressed between 2012-04-12 and 2012-04-13

See testcase, scroll downwards with the testcase.
Notice how no vertical scroll indicator is shown.
But there should be one, because at the bottom of the page, there is a textarea.

This regressed between 2012-04-14 and 2012-04-15.

Sorry, that was the bug I was thinking of, though it's not applicable in this case.  Turns out Martjn is referring to the div : <div style="height: 10000px;"></div> as mfinkle pointed out.

Verified fixed in today's build on the Galaxy Nexus and the Galaxy SII.
