748014 - Move tinderbox.mozilla.org to SCL3

Placeholder/Tracker bug. tinderbox.mozilla.org needs to move to SCL3 before SJC1 goes offline.

tinderbox is very lightly used on the releng side these days. While it's offline, we'll burn some l10n builds and we won't be able to close the tree, but that's survivable. 

Not sure what need to happen on the IT side here - is this a physical box that needs to move, or a VM that needs to be recreated or migrated?

When do you want to do this move, which I guess depends on whether physical hardware is involved? Let's get that hardware on the train ASAP if so.

I think we're going to go with a physical to virtual (p2v) migration at this point. Too close to the deadline and too many variables to try anything else. 

Ben, let's get a date set on this.

This is going to ride-along on the downtime that gets scheduled for the stage/ftp move in bug 728451.

We'll need to close the tree (using tinderbox!), turn off tinderbox, do the p2v, and then bring tinderbox back up to re-open the tree.

I check out bug 728451, but didn't see a set date.  Would you like to get the work for 728451 done when we schedule the work to do with this?

I would like to do this Wednesday or Thursday evening (late at night).  I believe that releng has an evening time they prefer due to the low number of commits.  Can we aim for that time?

Having tinderbox offline requires a downtime, because we actually use tinderbox to close the tree. 

Since joduinn is asking for a 6 hour downtime in bug 728451, we'd very much prefer to have a single downtime rather than two.
