Reproductible segmentation faults when going to www.smh.com.au and trying to go to Features & Arts April 5th edition of SMH Tried with 0.81 and with nightly build downloaded US time around 3pm EST on 4th April (and remembering its the 5th of April here while its still the 4th in US>>>>)
unable to reproduce crash with 040504 win32 or 040508 linux mozilla builds. I've tried loading the 5th and 6th of April pages 10 times each and no crash.
I see this bug on linux build 2001040508. Browser opens ok to a blank page. Loading *any* page causes the segmentation fault before anything is rendered. Could not reproduce with win32-talkback 2001040504.
Hamish, can you try running ./mozilla -profilemanager and creating a new profile. Are you crashing with this new profile also? Have you installed any plugins? Does it crash if you type about:plugins in the URL bar and hit enter.
I have run ./mozilla -profilemanager and get the problem with a new profile. Java Plugins installed. It does not crash if you type about:plugins in the URL bar and hit enter.
Stacktrace needed.

I have a similar problem - using Mozilla for Linux build 2001032614, the browser crashes when opening "www.smh.com.au". This occurs approximately 90% of the time that I attempt to open the page; the other 10% of the time it works perfectly. I have installed the Java plugin, and the browser does not crash if I open "about"plugins". I would happily do a stacktrace if someone can tell me how ("gdb mozilla core" doesn't seem to work)...
After trying twice, I have no problem on a fresh copy of build 2001042308 without the Java Plugin. I also have no problem going to about:plugins. I'm running RedHat Linux 6.2.
Fixed in version 0.9 (Linux build 2001050521) with Java and Flash installed.
