Details

During initial user testing, users kept flipping back to the homescreen to return to their search results, rather than tapping on the search results page in the stack. Since we clear the results off the homescreen, this resulted in users manually rerunning the search. So, we want to make it clear to users how to get back to their search results by tapping on the page in the stack rather than returning to the homescreen. We discussed a number of ways of doing this: * Pinning search results to the top of the stack * Formatting the search results "page" differently within the stack * Somehow animating the page into the stack or otherwise making it obvious to the user that the search results page is part of the stack Assigning to Ian for design explorations & setting as M3.
Ian - if you want to mock up interactions of all three - even in low fidelity we can get it in front of people and get their gut reactions to it, by having them do search A, then search B, then having them get back to search A.
Resolving this as a dupe of bug 748278, since part of the sidebar redesign will be to make it clear that the title of the stack links to the search page.
