Steps to reproduce:
On certain sites when scrolling, like www.stuff.co.nz
Actual results:
The page flashes black, not the menus/address bar etc. just the page window itself flashing when scrolling.
Expected results:
There should be no flash when scrolling, on a large majority of sites there is no problem.
Forgot to add that this problem started when I updated to version 10 and it has not gone away after updating to later versions. Also it is worth mentioning that the flashes could be seizure inducing.

Hello,
sorry to disturbe you after more than 2 years, but i found your old Bug-report...
can you please confirm if this is still a problem on new Version of FF on your site?
