We need to rework the visuals of individual reports page to provide default texts for empty fields and visual notification of status.
Grouping and visual changes will also happen

Verified that empty fields generate text such as 'no flags reported this month'. I see only the 'overdue' status on the Date Filled field. What other grouping/visual changes were implemented that need to be verified?

Additionally to the one you mentioned:

 - If you have an empty report (that's no text on any of the fields), you should see 'Empty' next to the date, if you are Admin.

Also verified the 'empty' displays when an empty report has been filed.
