steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submissions 2. Notice the timeline blob We should update the blob a) to say Phase Three b) Add or another checkpoint called the "Mozillian Preview" OR Get rid of the blob

I don't think we're in phase 3 yet - it's still restricted to mozilla people. Leaving open for gkoberger though.

Agreed with Wil. We're in between, and probably don't need a new blob. Nobody really looks at it now, anyway -- with the new ecosystem page, most devs will never get to it.
