steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/basecamp-1/?src=search
2. Click on 'Set up Purchasing'

expected behavior:
As per fligtar, we should follow the mocks and load the Paypal page to set up preauth. Users can go back and change their default currency later.

observed behavior:
Right now, we load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/basecamp-1/?src=search

We talked about just making the default en-US for now.  Someday basing it off their language.

Davor is working on this stuff right now (I think bug 747242 is similar) so giving to him.  Sorry for the late high priority.

Yeah, it's important that we not kick the user out of the app purchasing flow to set this up. When they return, they should complete their purchase and begin installation as before the currency change.

For now we'll default to USD and eventually be smarter about it.
