Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Marketplace Homepage https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/
2. Click on a category that has no apps (ex. Entertainment)
Expected results:
An error message is displayed "There are no apps in this category".
Actual results:
There is no error message, only the page title and apps categories are displayed on the page.
Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF11 (Win 7)
