I noticed this while testing bug 741766.

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to http://people.mozilla.org/~mwargers/tests/forms/select/selectoptions_alot.html
- Go from portrait mode to landscape mode
- Tap on the first or second select

Expected result:
- Text inside select doesn't change in size

Actual result:
- Text inside select shrinks in size
This seems to be worksforme now.
